1. What happens once I provide confirmation of coverage?
The information you provide will prevent your insured from being billed for insurance offered through the leasing company.
If your insured is currently being billed for coverage under the leasing company's policy, the information you provided will result in that coverage being cancelled. It normally takes 1-2 billing cycles for this to occur.

2. What is the advantage of creating a password when logging in?
If you ever use this site to confirm coverage on another account or if you return to update information on this account, the login will allow you to begin entry without having to re-enter information about yourself and the agency. You will have an opportunity to update the information.

3. Do I need to follow up the information I provide here with a document?
If you provided Binder information, it is very important that you confirm the actual policy information once the policy is placed by entering the policy information on this site.
If you provide the policy information, there is no need to follow up with a document until renewal, unless coverage is cancelled or is not renewed.

4. Can I provide cancellation information via this site?
No. If coverage is cancelled, a cancellation notice should be mailed to the loss payee address.

5. Can I reinstate coverage via this site?
If cancelled coverage is reinstated, you may either send a reinstatement notice to the loss payee address OR you may re-enter the policy information on this site.

6. Can I confirm coverage on more than one account?
Yes, but you may select and input coverage for only one account at a time. Once you have submitted coverage for one account, click on Account Search and enter the search data again. Then select the next account.

7. Can I confirm liability coverage via this site?
No. Liability coverage can be confirmed only by providing a document. You should contact the Customer Service Department toll-free at 866-223-6364 to confirm the specific information needed.

8. What are the minimal browser requirements for this site?
We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or greater.

9. What are other common terms used to reference an account number?
Customer number, account number, loan number, reference number, contract number.

10. Why did the site take me back to the prior screen after I had already entered the information?
There was an error in the entered data. Look for the red asterisk (*) and correct the data. Then resubmit the information.

11. Why did I receive multiple registration e-mails?
You will receive an e-mail each time you submit your agency information, by clicking "Submit" or by registering multiple times, i.e., registering each time you confirm insurance information.
